In our villa is everything you need for a fantastic family holiday, being situated just five minutes walk to shops and restaurants, or ten minutes to the beach at Olhos D'Agua, with beachside cafes, and a huge selection of restaurants. The villa is conveniently located with short distances to the water parks, and the marina for which the Algarve is famous.

The villa is surrounded on three sides by open land. There is also secure parking for four cars.
Walking through to the garden from the car park is a large ten metre by four metre heated pool totally surrounded by a huge terrace with sunbeds, umbrellas, barbecue and outdoor seating. From here is the fully fitted summer kitchen, so convenient for the pool, with a dining area for up to twelve people, plus a snooker room, an exercise room, a cinema room off which is a bedroom and a bathroom, not forgetting a laundry room and a small office. Up to the middle floor is a fully fitted kitchen, leading directly to a balcony/terrace with dining for up to twelve people and an 'egg' barbecue. Also on this floor is an en-suite bedroom and another bathroom, an entrance to the road, plus a huge lounge with a large TV with plenty of seating, and a balcony.
Up to the top floor is a further en-suite bedroom plus three more bedrooms and a bathroom.
All rooms have air conditioning, there are also numerous solar panels to help the environment also fast wifi up to 1000mps throughout the property.
