This stylish, 1st-floor apartment is less than 5 minutes from the coast and makes a great holiday base for 2 people. This retreat is in the pretty resort of St Laurent du Var, between Nice and Antibes. It is ideal for anyone who wants to explore the Côte d’Azur.

The modern apartment is furnished with contemporary pieces and full of light. The living area is divided into two sections. The sitting room has a sofa, 2 modern armchairs and a flat-screen TV. The second part includes the kitchen/diner. The new, fitted kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, coffee machine, washing machine and fridge/freezer. There is also a dining table and chairs.

Sleeping
The master bedroom has a double bed, hanging space and a wardrobe.
Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib).

Bathroom
The newly built bathroom is equipped with a glass shower, basin and WC.

Location
St-Laurent-du-Var is in a picturesque setting. The town is built along the river Var as it flows into the Mediterranean, with the snowy peaks of the Alps in the distance. It has a lively marina and beautiful stretches of beach. The town is well-located for guests who want to discover the glamorous Côte d’Azur.

The closest beach - Plage de Beach Club is only a 5-minute walk, and guests can walk to other beaches in less than 15 minutes. There is a boat rental agency on the nearby quayside, where you can hire a boat and head along the coast.

Away from the coast, visitors can head up to the Medieval village of St Paul de Vence (25 minutes) and discover this beautiful village which has inspired some of the world’s greatest artists. Apart from its charming architecture, St Paul de Vence is famous for its art museums as well as its excellent restaurants.

The apartment is one road back from the seafront, and close to a wide range of restaurants to suit all budgets. For self-catering, St Laurent-du-Var’s weekly market, the Marché du Centre-Ville is a treasure trove of the best of local produce, from cheeses to olive oil, vegetables and fruit. There are several supermarkets 5 minutes from the apartment.

Nice airport is just 10 minutes away. If you are arriving by train then Saint-Laurent-du-Var station is on the coastal line and is a 4-minute drive.
