Relax in comfort in this charming apartment just 5 minutes from the Port de Menton Garavan marina. On the 2nd floor of an attractive residence, St Laurent Apartment Garden View can sleep up to 3 people and makes an ideal base for visitors who want to explore Menton’s historic centre and popular beaches. Set in lush, landscaped gardens, the residence offers a peaceful retreat.

The open-plan living space is full of light thanks to large windows and the glass door, which opens onto the private balcony. The shaded balcony acts as an outdoor sitting/dining room as it is furnished with armchairs and a dining table where guests can enjoy meals al fresco, overlooking the verdant gardens.

Back inside, the seating area has a contemporary sofa, a desk and a dining table. The separate kitchen is linked to the dining area by a convenient hatch. It is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge.

Sleeping
The light-filled bedroom is furnished with a double bed, good storage, a laptop-friendly workspace and glass doors opening onto the balcony.
Extra: There is a pull out single bed in the living room.
Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib).

Bathroom
The tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

Location
Menton has been a popular holiday destination for over a century, and with good reason. It is known for its temperate climate, exotic gardens, beautiful beaches and the Medieval Old Town, which is just a 20-minute walk from the apartment.

One of Menton’s nicest beaches, Plage des Sablettes Est is just a 12-minute walk from the apartment. For pet owners, the dog-friendly beach - Plage Pour Les Chiens, is a 6-minute walk. Alternatively, guests can head east over the border into Italy and spend a day on the famous Spiaggia dei Balzi Rossi (5-minute drive).

All the amenities that guests will need are within a 5-minute walk of the apartment; restaurants, bars, supermarket and bakery. For the best local produce, head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (8-minute drive). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish, charcuterie etc.

The best way to explore the coast is by train and the local Menton Garavan station is only a 1-minute walk from the apartment. From here you can travel east into Italy or westwards along the Côte d’Azur to Monte Carlo (25 minutes) and Nice (45 minutes).

Nice airport is 55 minutes away. Alternatively, Menton’s main railway station is a 12-minute drive.
