GOOD TO KNOW

- This property is exclusively available to families. Group bookings are not accepted.

- 1 air conditioning unit in the hallway.

- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool, open approximately from the end of June to mid-September (dates may vary).

- Sports equipment is not provided for the activities available within the complex.

- Important: façade maintenance work is being carried out until December 2025. Temporary safety coverings may be installed during this period.

- Tourist tax is not included in the rental price.

- Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices, located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online check-in is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival, including submission of guest details as required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and full payment of the booking. Otherwise, key handover cannot be guaranteed. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information.
