Villa features a private entrance to a cozy yard with flowers and a terrace.

It is about 30 meters from the bar or pool and after that 10 stairs and another 5 meters from the beach.

Guests have at their disposal an equipped kitchen, BBQ, free wi-fi, board games, Netflix and two SUPs/paddleboards including life jackets.

Peaceful terrace provides a place to watch sunsets with a partial sea view.

Villa consists of 1 living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The whole place has air-conditioning with a possibility to heat it up during chilly off season.

Guests will find a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, toasters, blender and kitchenware in the kitchen, hairdryer, iron and clothes dryer in other parts of villa.

In case of a bad weather, there are two umbrellas, board games, cards, free wi-fi and Netflix.

Arcadia Camp

The villa is located in Arcadia Camp. There are 8 villas in total along with some caravan parking plots.

Arcadia Camp is placed right next to Pliša beach, which is a very shallow sand beach great for kids and paddleboard beginners.

Parking in the camp is available for the guests for free.

During the season the Arcadia Camp provides a bar and heated pool.

There are also other beaches easily reachable using the beach promenade and many other nature or cultural beauties reachable by car within a short distance. Ancient town Nin (10min), Vir island (10min) or Zadar city (20min) to name a few.
