The living room is decorated by an award winning firm, evoking a quiet luxury setting with amazing natural light, with the sunset light entering directly from the floor to ceiling windows. It also has a private entrance/ exit with access to the beachfront street.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances, and is open to the living room with an island to cook while talking to your friends and family or drinking a glass of wine.

> The security equipment installed in the apartment is a motion detector, which will only be on when the apartment is vacant. It is there to protect the property from intruders, as it has direct access to the street. Please make sure to close all windows when you leave the apartment.
> TO ACCESS THE APARTMENT, YOU MUST USE THE ELEVATOR. The building doesn't have stairs to the apartment's floor.**
