The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in the modern Jade Tower building, one of the most convenient and attractive areas of Fuengirola. This is a central, safe, and lively neighborhood just a short walk from the beach and the seaside promenade, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants, cafés, and bars. Supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, and everyday services are all nearby, making it easy to get around without a car. The area is well connected by public transport, with train and bus stops within walking distance, allowing easy access to Málaga, the airport, and other Costa del Sol destinations. The neighborhood combines a relaxed Mediterranean beach atmosphere with all the comforts of city living, making it ideal for both short holidays and longer stays.



Getting Around:

The apartment’s central location makes getting around Fuengirola very easy. Most places can be reached on foot, including the beach, promenade, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Fuengirola train station and nearby bus stops provide excellent connections to Málaga city, Málaga Airport, Benalmádena, and other towns along the Costa del Sol. Taxis are readily available in the area, and driving is also convenient with quick access to main roads. A car is not necessary, but it can be useful if you plan to explore nearby beaches, golf courses, or Andalusian villages.



Other Things to Note:

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- No groups under 25 years old (except families).

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.
