This comfortable first-floor apartment, located approx. 2.5 km from the sea and beach, offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. It features a spacious shared yard with a BBQ and many parking possibilities. Inside, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms—one with a queen-sized bed and the other with three single beds, making it ideal for families or groups. The cozy living room with sea view is equipped with a couch and Sat-TV for entertainment.

The fully-equipped and air-conditioned kitchen includes a dining area, an oven, stove (gas and electric), fridge with freezer, water kettle, and and coffee machine. From both the kitchen and living room, you can access the terrace (20 m2) with garden and sea views, which provides a pleasant space to unwind.

The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, plus an additional separate toilet. Wi-Fi is included in the price, allowing you to stay connected throughout your stay. Pets are welcome for an additional fee! The friendly owner lives on-site and is available if you need any assistance during your visit.
