This two-bedroom apartment is just 90 m from a sandy beach, perfect for a relaxing getaway. A spacious 28 m2 terrace with a sea view provides a peaceful retreat on hot summer days. There is also a possibility to barbecue on the terrace. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated parking spot are included.
The apartment spans two floors with three entrances. The ground floor features an open kitchen, dining, and living area, along with a toilet. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-burner electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. The living area offers comfortable seating, a dining space, and a TV with satellite and cable channels, with sea views through the windows.
Upstairs, two bedrooms each have an en suite bathroom: one with a shower, the other with a bathtub, washing machine, and both with toilets. One bedroom has its own balcony (4 m2) with stunning views of the sea and town. The sandy beach is only 90 meters away, and the town center is an easy 450-meter walk.
