This spacious first-floor apartment, located 220 m from the sea, features three bedrooms with queen beds, one of which has a private 6 m2 balcony. The large 60 m2 terrace, equipped with a dining table and parasol, is perfect for outdoor relaxation. The kitchen includes an electric stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, and kettle, with a dining table for meals. The living room offers air conditioning, satellite TV, a cozy sofa, and direct access to the terrace. There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub, toilet, and bidet, and an en suite bathroom with a shower and toilet.
