The property includes three independent homes with 10 bedrooms, modern kitchens, living rooms, and bathrooms. Outside, enjoy a 10x5m saltwater pool, sun loungers, a large outdoor dining area with a kitchen, and a charcoal barbecue. The villa offers free Wi-Fi and ample parking, but no heating or air conditioning—fans and comforters are provided. A gardener lives on site to keep the garden and pool pristine. Located just minutes from the Costa Brava beaches of Blanes, Lloret de Mar, and Tossa de Mar, Villa Genís is ideal for beach lovers and culture seekers. Girona’s historic city center and vibrant Barcelona are within easy driving distance. The region’s Mediterranean climate makes it perfect year-round, especially spring to autumn. Sports fans will appreciate proximity to major events like Formula 1 and MotoGP at Catalunya Circuit and Barcelona’s America’s Cup sailing race. The villa welcomes pets (extra fees apply) but enforces quiet hours and prohibits parties to ensure a peaceful stay. Check-in is from 4 to 7 PM, with late arrival options available. Guests must present valid ID and leave the property tidy to avoid cleaning fees. A car is recommended since public transport is not nearby.
