The residence is a 12-minute walk from Marina di Felloniche and an 8-minute drive from Santa Maria di Leuca at the southern-most tip of the Salento Peninsula. The villa is ideally situated a 5-minute walk from the closest beach, Baia di Ciardo, which offers breathtaking views of the coastline.

Other beaches nearby include Felloniche Spiaggia, a 3-minute drive/15-minute walk, whilst the white sandy shores and crystal-clear waters of Spiaggia di Pescoluse (Maldive del Salento) are just a 10-minute drive away. There is also a marina in Santa Maria di Leuca where visitors can find boat tours, rentals and a diving centre (an 8-minute drive).

The closest restaurant is a 10-minute walk, and there is a grocery store in Marina San Gregorio, a 4-minute drive away. Popular excursions nearby include the beautiful Baroque city of Lecce, known as the \"Florence of the South\", and the picturesque city of Otranto, known for its beaches, charming old town, medieval castle and Byzantine-era cathedral, both are less than a one-hour drive away.
