Quietly situated on the first floor of a modern three-story building, the property enjoys a spacious, light-filled living room that opens onto a private balcony. This bright and airy space incorporates the kitchen and is comfortably furnished with two sofas, a dining table and a large flatscreen HDTV.

The modern kitchen is fitted with a Nespresso coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

Sleeping

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe. This room enjoys air conditioning and access to a private balcony.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom also enjoys air conditioning and is furnished with a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe.
Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib).

Location

The property is located on the West side of Nice, approximately a 10-minute walk from the famous Promenade des Anglais and several beaches, including Florida Plage, Plage du Forum and Sporting Plage.

For culture, visitors can head to Villa Masséna, musée d\'art et d\'histoire , Musée des Beaux-Arts de Nice (both a 10-minute walk) or take a car to the Musée Matisse, the Marc Chagall National Museum or the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MAMAC), which are a 10-minute drive. Guests can also visit the iconic Place Massénaa and Vieux Nice (the Old Town), which are both approximately a 20-minute walk away.

There are several restaurants within a 5-10-minute walk and a supermarket less than a minute\'s walk. For local produce, visitors can head to the Cours Saleya market (a 12-minute drive or 30-minute walk along Promenade des Anglais) within the maze of colourful buildings, artisanal shops, and traditional restaurants of the Old Town.

The tramway is less than a 10-minute walk from the apartment. From here, visitors can reach Nice Côte d\'Azur Airport in less than 20 minutes (a 10-minute drive).
