Migliaiolo is a small village, easily accessible, located near the main road that connects the town of Tavernelle with Panicale. It is about 15 km from Lake Trasimeno, 1 km from Panicale, 15 km from Tuscany, about twenty km from Perugia. The Casolare is an ancient residence from 1700, completely restored. The exterior, shared by the three apartments, has a surface area of ​​about 250 square meters where there is a barbecue, a brick oven, a well, a porch and a swimming pool of 5 m x 9 m, depth 1.50 m, all fenced with private access also from the outside.
