Nestled within the exclusive Holiday Resort Balzi Rossi, ‘Roma 1 ’ accommodates up to 2 guests with a beautifully appointed bedroom, one modern bathroom, making it an ideal retreat for couples or small families.

The open-plan living area with a single sofa has access to the terrace with sweeping 180° sea views, perfect for dining al fresco. The modern kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, electric kettle, fridge, and induction hob, perfect for preparing meals.

The resort is located in an archaeological area that cannot be accessed easily by car. The resort therefore offers a shuttle service at check-in to bring you to the resort with your luggage, and at check-out to bring you and your luggage to the public parking. You can walk alongside the beach path from the car park to the resort, which is a 400-meter walk.
Additionally, on request and availability, the resort offers a paid service for extra shuttle service during your stay
