We are in the heart of Italian cinema, where Neorealism was born, the area known as the Artists' district, develops around the pedestrian area of Pigneto: an area dedicated to nightlife with typical Roman trattorias, pubs, wine bars, live music, cultural events. Every morning there is a beautiful open-air market. Car to Go available: numerous rental cars nearby.

It is located in a 3-bedroom apartment, 110 m2 in size and a terrace overlooking the Castelli Romani.
The apartment faces south-east on one side and north-west on the other, this strategic position makes it very cool in the summer so there is no need to turn on the air conditioning because it is like being in a natural oasis in the heart of the hot city.
Guests have access to the kitchen for breakfast, the bathroom, the entrance hall, the library room and the terrace.

the Vittorio Emanuele stop Line A is 15 minutes on foot and 5 minutes with tram no. 5 and no. 14 which you take under the house and at the third stop you get off in front of the entrance to the Vittorio Emanuele metro or you can reach it by first taking the Pigneto metro and then changing at the San Giovanni stop take the A line and get off at the Vittorio Emanuele stop,
the Lodi stop line C is 10 minutes on foot or you can reach it with the Pigneto metro,
the San Giovanni stop line A is 15 minutes on foot or you can reach it with the Pigneto metro.
