Alsergrund, Vienna’s 9th District, is often referred to as the Academic Quarter of Vienna. While the University of Vienna is nearby, it also houses many nearby hospitals and clinics, making it a place of scholarly intent. Alsergrund is also the birthplace of Sigmund Freud, and you can visit the eponymous Freud Museum - once his home - while here. Alsergrund is also the home of Liechtenstein Palace, which houses the Museum of Modern Art, and more. If abroad for studies, Alsergrund is the unparalleled destination for students and perpetual learners, alike.

This Blueground apartment has flexible lease options, allowing you to book it for one month, a year, or more.
Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees.
Please keep in mind that this is a walk up building.
We take great pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our own units with our actual furnishings. That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangement, which may differ from what’s pictured.

A security deposit of €2400 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages.
