includes a modern bathroom with a shower and offers essential amenities such as
an electric oven, stove, fridge, and a washing machine--providing everything needed
for a convenient stay. Guests can also enjoy a private terrace with outdoor
furniture. Please note that while the apartment is on the first floor, access
requires climbing stairs, which may not be suitable for those with mobility
concerns. This charming retreat is an ideal base to explore the beauty of Symi.
Elpidas Apartments is located in the peaceful neighbor of Symi , offering a serene setting with beautiful sea views. The nearest beach is approximately 20 minutes away on foot, making it a pleasant walk for those looking to enjoy a swim or relax by the sea. Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 2EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 0.50EUR per night
