Villa Emma has been renovated to feel like home.

It has a front and back garden area with off-street parking.



A spacious entrance hall leads to 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) and a bathroom with a heated towel rack.



The spacious dining room offers plenty of space to eat or relax with a large traditional fireplace and a wood-burning stove for the coldest nights of the year.



Fully equipped kitchen with all dishes, cutlery, and necessary utensils, oven/grill, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, ice maker, air fryer, and washing machine.

Folding windows that open towards the garden/pool area with external breakfast bars.



From the living area, you can access the main bedroom (King size bed) and the en-suite bathroom with a heated towel rack.



There is access to the attic terrace, the terrace, and the pool area from the living/dining area and the main bedroom.



Outside there are many loungers and umbrellas for everyone to enjoy, a dining table (6 chairs), 2 breakfast bars with 4 stools, a sofa area to relax, a built-in barbecue, and a gas stove for the colder evenings.



The private swimming pool is 5 meters x 3 meters x 1.3 meters deep.



The rooftop terrace is a beautiful place to relax.



Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants.
