The living room, very spacious, modern and bright, has air conditioning and leads to a wide terrace, perfect for enjoying the beautiful sea views, furnished to relax, read, or eat at any time of the day.

The kitchen, independent, is comfortable and spacious, and is completely equipped.

The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has a single bed and another bed of 135.



The bathroom, completely renovated, like the rest of the apartment, has a shower tray.



The apartment is oriented towards the Mar Menor, 1 minute from the beach.





LOCATION:



The Murano urbanization is located at km 17 of La Manga, Veneciola, one minute from the Mar Menor and less than 5 from the Mediterranean.

There is a small supermarket on the same street as the apartment and several in the area, many shops, bars, pharmacy, supermarkets...



Just 3 km away there is a large supermarket (Spar) and the Tomás Maestre Port is about 5 minutes by car, in this area (Tomás Maestre) there is also a sports center with tennis, paddle, and futsal courts, as well as very comprehensive indoor facilities, such as a large gym with sea views, where anyone can buy a pass to use and enjoy the courts and attend different offered classes, such as Zumba, Pilates, Strength Training...



We offer the flexible rate option, for a 10% supplement with the possibility of cancellation up to 5 days before arrival, rate available from September to June, both included. If you are interested in booking with this rate, please let us know in advance or when making the reservation, add a comment in the observations section and we will proceed to change the rate and conditions.



No pets allowed.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

For arrivals between 9pm and 12am, it is necessary to confirm before booking and they involve an extra fee of 30€.
