Located in the heart of the Empuriabrava commercial center, this cozy apartment complex offers an ideal base just 125 meters from the beach and the scenic canals of the Empuriabrava Marina on the northern Costa Brava. Surrounded by Mediterranean gardens filled with vibrant flowers, the residence features several three-story buildings designed for comfort and relaxation. Each apartment, starting from 36 m², includes one, two, or three double bedrooms, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bright living area with two sofa beds, and a large furnished terrace. Guests will also find a complete bathroom, air conditioning, heating, and a 30" flat-screen TV with international channels for a pleasant stay.

The property offers extensive leisure facilities suitable for families and couples alike. There are four outdoor swimming pools for adults and children, spacious garden areas, and a playground. During summer (June 15 to September 15), a Mini Club is available for children aged 4–12 years, while mini-golf, internet corner, and safe deposit boxes are available for a small supplement. The reception is open 24 hours a day, offering local information and assistance with activities. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex, and private parking can be booked on site for an additional fee. Pets are welcome at an extra cost, though not permitted in the restaurant or pool area.
