The villa has recently undergone a full refurbishment in 2023 and boasts a newly renovated and fully equipped open plan kitchen and open plan living area, a dedicated laundry space, as well as workspace desk for those wishing to work from home whilst enjoying their vacation.



In addition to the spacious main living area the villa offers a beautiful extended dining area enclosed with glass curtains overlooking the private pool. The glass curtains help to create an inside/outside dining space - as they can be fully drawn back to totally open out the dining area to become part of the patio/outside space.



Outside you have a newly built pool area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the 320 days of all year sunshine the region has to offer. From the patio you have direct access to the expansive roof terrace offering amazing views over the local countryside and mountain range



Back inside the villa there are two spacious bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The master suite features a double bed, ensuite bathroom housing a bath and a shower, full length wardrobes and views of the pool. The second bedroom comprises of two single beds, full length wardrobes and access to the house second bathroom/shower room.



This villa has been equipped to the highest standard offering everything you need to relax and have the perfect holiday.



The villa overlooks a beautiful resort plaza with fountain patio and seating area.



It also offers the use of travel cot and highchair, for those with younger guests



Location of the villa



The villa is situated on the Mar Menor Golf Resort, one of the 4 championship golf courses designed by Jack Nicholas and Polaris world. The resort is beautifully maintained with is lush gardens and water fountains. Through the resort you have several children’s playgrounds and picnic areas, it also comes with the added benefit of all year-round private security providing a safe environment to holiday.



Within the Resort is the 5-star ONA hotel featuring 2 bars and a selection of restaurants. During the summer months the hotel have has a fun packed entertainment schedule for both adults and children and can be enjoyed free of charge by guests staying on the resort.



The local SPAR supermarket is just a 510-minute walk away, here you will find everything you need to enjoy your stay. Also, within walking distance is a vast array of bars and restaurants, both within the resort and just outside on the boulevard, offering various cuisines to enjoy, from Italian, to Indian. There is something for everyone.



Also located a 10-minute walk from the villa are the newly renovated paddle courts, offering a wide range of activities for all the family, including, minigolf, gym, padel, children’s sports area and for those winter months a heated pool. Memberships can be purchased per day or per week.
