Newly built guesthouse nestled in the green Umbrian mountains, at the foot of Mount Pennino; comfortable and elegant with bright rooms in the center of Bagnara di Nocera Umbra. Situated on the slopes of Mount Pennino inserted in a territory that is as eventful as ever, from the narrow valley of the Topino River to the wider and more open valley of the Caldognola River, gradually rising to the plateau of Collecroce (872 m.), the valley of Salmaregia and then to the massif of Mount Pennino (1571 m.). The valleys, rolling hills and rounded mountain peaks, partially covered by forests, offer a pleasant landscape that in spring takes on the appearance of multicolored natural carpets due to the abundant blooms.

The rooms are located on the second floor of a modern building complex, served by an elevator. Furnished in a contemporary style, they have a private bathroom with shower, double bed, TV and WiFi.
The supply of bed and bath linens and a courtesy line complete the services available to our guests. The presence of a space with a coffee maker, refrigerator, hot plate and microwave allows guests a pleasant break to regain the energy needed to continue the rest of the day.
