This rustic retreat provides spacious accommodation for up to 6 guests and is arranged over the ground and first floors of a historic four-story building. The property enjoys plenty of outside space benefitting from a pretty roof terrace overlooking the lake, space for alfresco dining, a garden and a small children’s play area.

The tasteful interior is furnished with carefully chosen vintage furniture and features white-washed walls, beautiful wooden floors and the building’s original wood-beamed ceilings. The living room is furnished with one single sofa, a breakfast table, several occasional chairs and a small Smart flatscreen TV. The separate eat-in kitchen features the original terracotta tiled flooring and is equipped with; a dining table, a Mokka coffee machine, a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave and a fridge freezer.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom enjoys an ensuite WC and is furnished with two single beds, a desk and a wardrobe, there are 5 steps and another double bed.

The property is located in Morgnaga a picturesque village on the outskirts of Gardone Riviera, one of Lake Garda’s most elegant and refined lakeside towns. Gardone’s charming lakeside promenade is a 15-minute walk / 4-minute drive away. Here guests can stroll amongst the palm trees and stop at one of the gelaterias or cafés.

Nearby attractions include Vittoriale degli Italiani, the sprawling hillside estate and the former residence of the poet Gabriele D\'Annunzio (a 15-minute walk / 3-minute drive). For nature lovers, Villa Vittoriale offers scenic hiking trails (20 minutes on foot) and André Heller Botanical Gardens are just a 15-minute walk. Families travelling with children will appreciate the Rimbalzello Adventure theme park, (10 minutes on foot).

The nearest beach, Rimbalzello Spiaggia Lago di Garda, is a 2-minute drive / 15-minute walk and guests can find boat rentals, guided lake tours, and water sports facilities in the historic town of Salo (a 5-minute drive).

Other popular excursions include a trip to Bardolino (approximately a one-hour drive/ferry ride), a charming town known for its wine production. Guests will find numerous restaurants and several supermarkets within a 10-minute walk or a quick 3-minute drive.

The nearest international airports are Verona Villafranca Airport (VRN) and Milan Bergamo Airport (BGY) which are both approximately a one-hour drive from the accommodation.
