This 4th-floor (with lift) apartment has a spacious shaded balcony and has been carefully equipped with everything guests need for a comfortable stay.

This one-bedroom apartment has an airy sitting/dining room, which is furnished with two sofas, a charming dresser and a table with chairs. A glass door leads out to the private balcony which acts as an outdoor dining area, with a table for up to 6 people. Double doors lead from the balcony into the adjacent kitchen. The kitchen is well-appointed with a cooker hob, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. It also has a small dining table for 2 for quick snacks.

Bedroom: The airy master bedroom has a double bed, flat-screen TV and wardrobe. Glass doors lead out to the balcony.
Extra: The sofas in the living room convert into two single beds.

Location
Menton has been a popular holiday destination for over a century, and with good reason. It is known for its temperate climate, exotic gardens, beautiful beaches and the Medieval Old Town. The apartment is 2 minutes from the beach and the Promenade du Soleil, which is the perfect destination for an evening stroll.

All the amenities that guests will need are within a 5-minute walk of the apartment; restaurants, bars, supermarket (3 minutes) and bakery. For the best local produce, head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (15-minute walk). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish, charcuterie etc.

The apartment is less than a 20-minute walk from the Old Town with its narrow, cobbled streets and historic architecture. The Baroque Basilica of St Michel towers over the buildings which slope down to the Old Port (13-minute walk).

Nice Côte d\'Azur airport is 50 minutes away. Alternatively, Menton railway station is a 5-minute walk. From here guests can explore the length of the Côte d\'Azur.
