The villa complex consists of two semi-detached houses with grand pools (4.5m x 9.5m) and two guest houses with hot tubs, all surrounded by lush gardens. It accommodates up to 16 guests in bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The extended verandas and large garden provide ample space for entertaining large groups without sacrificing guest privacy.
An endless sugar-white beach offering water sports and tavernas is a 10-minute walk away. More divine beaches, acclaimed restaurants, and whitewashed villages are within a short drive. The airport and the port of Naxos, with buzzing entertainment opportunities, are 25 minutes away.
Naxos is ideally situated for island hopping in the Aegean Sea or daily trips to neighboring islands. The antique pathways connecting the seashore, the mountainous villages,the ancient temples, the medieval towers and churches offer exciting trekking and cycling trips.

The marble tables adjacent to the electric BBQs set the stage for lively dinners and board game battles under the sea breeze.

The villa has been designed to offer utmost comfort and luxury, with attention to detail and the use of natural materials. Custom-designed furniture made from Naxos marble and Mt. Athos chestnut wood, exclusive artwork by renowned artist M. Charos, handmade artisanal ceramics, and vivid ethnic fabric details create an airy and welcoming atmosphere.


Well-Equipped Facilities
The villa boasts two fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers and two kitchenettes in the guest rooms. Two marble WCs serve the common areas and the pool. All bedrooms feature closets and en-suite bathrooms, with the two master bedrooms also offering steam baths. All beds are fitted with quality mattresses and toppers. The extra living room, equipped with a large smart TV, doubles as the seventh bedroom, featuring a comfortable double sofa with a top mattress and an en-suite bathroom. A washing machine is also provided.
The outdoor area is fully furnished with loungers, bean bags, and seating furniture. Adjacent to the large marble dining tables is the BBQ area, complete with a sink and an electric BBQ by WEBER.
