Welcome to Castel des Roches, a charming 40 m² apartment ideally located in the heart of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, just a few steps from the Bettex cable cars, offering direct access to the 445 km of slopes of the prestigious Évasion Mont-Blanc ski area.



Entirely renovated in 2017, the apartment benefited from new refreshments in 2025 (paintings, woodwork, tiles), giving it a warm, carefully crafted and contemporary atmosphere.



It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to four people. The dining table can seat up to six guests, ideal for sharing meals with family or friends.



You will also appreciate its clear view of the mountains, its internet access, as well as the television for your moments of relaxation.



Located in the immediate vicinity of the village centre and its shops, this pied-à-terre is perfect for discovering the authenticity of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains while enjoying a wide range of activities: hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, or relaxing at the renowned thermal baths of the resort.

WATER HEATER READ CAREFULLY

In France, the operation of water heaters is different from that of many other countries. Hot water is stored in a tank that can empty if there is high consumption. The time to fill and reheat the tank varies between one and five hours, depending on its capacity.



We kindly request that you avoid prolonged showers or baths, unless you are the last person to use the bathroom and can wait until the next morning to refill it.
