Located on the first floor of a 4-storey residence, this thoughtfully equipped studio features two single beds, a wardrobe, a flat-screen Smart TV, and direct access to a private balcony. The open-plan kitchenette includes a microwave, fridge, and hob – everything you need for simple home-cooked meals.

A late-arrival surcharge applies: €20 for arrivals after 8pm and before 10pm, and €50 for arrivals between 10pm and midnight.
Check-out is between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Any early departure must be arranged in advance with the property.
