The apartment is located just 200 m from the centre on the sunny side of a dead end street.
Your apartment is part of an apartment building that has been completely renovated and converted to today’s five-star standard. The complex has many amenities such as the spacious wellness area (800 m²) with a large swimming pool, a sauna (including an alpine sauna, tepidarium, steam cabin based on herbs and salt, sanarium, and a special children’s sauna), a whirlpool, and massage facilities as well as a bread roll service. You can also enjoy the extensive breakfast buffet (for an additional charge).
The apartment is modern, stylish, and well maintained. There apartments have one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed or one bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed plus a living room with an open kitchen and a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. You can enjoy a wonderful view from the terrace or balcony. You can also use the large communal garden, the terrace, and the lawn with sun loungers. Whilst you relax, your children can have fun in a separate playroom or outside on the swing and slide.
The Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl - Kleinarl ski area in Salzburgerland is ideal for families and offers 40 km of slopes with many special slopes and natural freeride routes. In summer, the lake in Reitdorf (Flachau) or the idyllically located Jägersee (only 4 km from Kleinarl) are ideal for swimming. With the guest card, you have free entry to the Wagrain Water World every day.
