Perched on top of a hill just outside the settlement of Neos Marmaras in Sithonia, Chalkidiki, it offers a panoramic view that is literally breathtaking.

With no obstructions in its path, the gaze roams effortlessly from the blue sea to the neighboring island of Kelyfos, the marina, and the Porto Carras golf course. It then continues its journey to the village of Neos Marmaras, which is built in an amphitheater-like style, before finally coming to rest on the lush green forest and sprawling vineyards that yield wines of exceptional quality.

Villa Matelia is a two-storey residence of 150sqm and of particularly high standards.

The use of local stone, wood, marble, and copper metal surfaces, coupled with a commitment to preserving the naturalness of the landscaping and plantings that envelop it, results in the seamless integration of the building into the surrounding Mediterranean landscape.

The Rooms
VillaMatelia has a spacious master bedroom featuring a double bed and numerous windows with unobstructed sea views. The en-suite bathroom includes a shower and a walking closet. The room has direct access to the courtyard and pool.

-A third bedroom with a balcony door leading to the inner courtyard that hosts the outdoor cinema area of the residence. It includes a double bed and a workstation next to a window.
The second and third bedrooms share a large bathroom with double sinks and a spacious shower.


The Location
Choosing to spend your holidays at Villa Matelia, you will have at your disposal a very large number of beaches – small, large, deserted, organised – to explore.
You will also have the opportunity to enjoy numerous activities in the surrounding area, such as:
Spa, Tennis, Golf, Water sports, Scuba diving, Horse riding, Cycling, Hiking – running, visit to the Porto Carras winery and Casino.
The area is also ideal as a base for excursions to the first and second “leg” of Chalkidiki as well as Holly Mount Athos.
