In the heart of the town of Marbella, this southeast-facing quiet apartment is ideally located on the 4th floor with a lift and elevator: right on the paseo maritimo (the promenade), and to the beach of Fontanilla with its bars, restaurants, supermarket and gym all close by. There is no need for a car as all conveniences can be reached on foot and public transport is close by.

Everything is in place for an enjoyable stay in a tastefully decorated and well-appointed space: a nice windowed balcony that opens onto the sea and the mountains, dining table and chairs and a relaxing sofa. There is a flat screen TV and fast speed fiber optic WIFI is included.

🔑 Check-in (from 4pm): the keys will be in a key box in our office; we will provide you with the information prior to your arrival. It is important that you tell us your estimated arrival time at least 48 hours before.

🛌 Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest are included in the rental price.

🚗 Resident parking area filled on a first-come-first-served basis for which we cannot guarantee availability. If you want a parking space, once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive information about the parking closest to the Skol Building, which you may reserve online through an external company (price and availability on their website).
