Set in the middle of the Umbrian hills, with a stunning view across the countryside. The Villa has four double bedrooms, three of which are ensuite. Including two with bathtubs. A large kitchen, which opens up to a stunning breakfast spot, sat underneath a wisteria with a view of the valley. Two further reception rooms, one with the original fire place make up the rest of the downstairs.

The heritage of the villa has been preserved with antique doors, stone floors and wooden beams throughout.

A stone staircase and ramp lead to a large swimming pool which is surrounded by olive trees.

Despite being set in a quiet rural location the Villa is close to many restaurants, shops, vineyards and much more. Giving the perfect balance between activities and a peaceful holiday.

Restaurants available within a ten minute drive as well as being close to Niccone Valley, vineyards and farm shops. A fifteen minute drive from a large supermarket.
