It is in an exclusive residence of 9 apartments, with a shared swimming pool and is the perfect base for friends or family who want to relax but also explore this beautiful region.

The 2nd-floor apartment (with lift) is full of sunlight, with dual-aspect windows. The open-plan living area’s décor is stylish, with an elegant sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table for 4 and a modern, fitted kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, coffee machine and fridge.

Large French windows open from the living area onto the private balcony, which looks out over the Mediterranean Sea. The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs for relaxed meals al fresco.

The residence’s swimming pool has sun loungers and parasols, so guests can relax after a refreshing dip.

Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and French windows opening onto a private balcony with sea views.
Bedroom 2: The peaceful second bedroom has a double bed with extensive storage.
Crib available on request (to avoid choking risks we do not provide sheets or pillows for the crib).

Location
The residence is on the hillside behind the resort town of Carnolès, just a 4-minute drive from the beach. There are some beautiful beaches nearby, including the Plage des Pirates (5 minutes). For self-catering, Carnolès market takes place every Wednesday and Thursday morning. Alternatively, there are supermarkets in the town too.

Away from the coast, guests can explore the medieval village of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin (10 minutes). Stroll into the heart of the small town and explore its famous 10th-century castle, where visitors get a taste of life in the Middle Ages, or enjoy the peace of the impressive Sainte-Marguerite Church.

Wonderfully located, the apartment is just 10 minutes from the centre of Menton and 20 minutes from Monte Carlo, so guests can easily explore both glamorous towns.

Nice airport is just 45 minutes away. Arriving by train? Carnolès railway station is a 13-minute walk.
