This large property spans across 3 levels and each level is accessible via an internal staircase. On the ground floor is a games room with a pool table and ping pong for ultimate entertainment, this level also includes bedrooms 5 – 7, with two offering ensuite bathrooms. The 1st floor holds a fully equipped kitchen, utility room, a comfortable living area with a large smart TV, dining area, bedroom 4 with ensuite and a small WC (cloakroom).

Patio doors lead to the front terrace that offers stunning panoramic sea views, featuring a dining and comfortable seating area with BBQ, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals with the group. Additionally, the front terrace has an electric sunshade for added comfort and convenience.

On the top 2nd floor, are the remaining bedrooms 1 – 3, one includes an ensuite and a shared family bathroom. This level also features the pool terrace, complete with a private heated pool and jacuzzi. Relax on a sun lounger in the blissful warmth and make the most of your own private pool, guests can unwind in jacuzzi surrounded by awe-inspiring views that stretch across the horizon. Night-time use of the jacuzzi, surrounded by the glowing lights of Costa Adeje is an absolute must!

Air conditioning is available in the living area and in bedrooms 1 – 4. All windows and patio doors have shutters and there is private parking for 1 car and easily accessible street parking for more cars. The pool terrace can also be accessed via the external staircase from the front terrace. Bath tubs are for essential use only. As this villa accommodates many guests, we kindly ask that water is used responsibly to ensure sufficient supply for everyone. Please only use bath tubs when necessary and never fill the bathtubs to the top.

​As you can see in photos this villa is average standard and is not luxury, it’s not recommended for those seeking high quality accommodation. However, it is excellent value for money – considering its location, size and features.

LOCATION:

The villa is located in Costa Adeje (San Eugenio), only 400 meters to the Aqualand water park, here you will find a number of supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants etc. Car hire is not required as all amenities are located nearby within walking distance. The centre of the resort including the sandy beaches of Costa Adeje and Marina of Puerto Colon are 1.5 km from the villa or you can get a taxi from the nearby taxi rank which would only cost approx 4-5 euros to the centre.
