As you enter this house, you will see that the interior has been decorated with taste and elegance.
On the ground floor is the living room with a dining area which leads to the fully equipped kitchen.
From the kitchen and living room, you access the large terrace with an 11 x 5 m swimming pool! This is exceptional in the village.
In addition, there is the pool house with an outdoor dining area and a barbecue. The pool house can accommodate two people as it has a double bedroom and an adjoining full shower room.
The staircase in the living room takes you to the 1st floor, where you will find two bedrooms. One of them has an en-suite shower room with toilet and the other has a shower room next to the bedroom and separate toilet.
The 2nd staircase takes you to the 2nd and last floor, where another living room opens onto a terrace offering magnificent views of the swimming pool, the village and the surrounding hills!
Under the pool house there is a garage but the location of the house, in an old and authentic part of the village, limits the size of the vehicles that we can park there. It is only suitable for small cars like a Mini, bicycles and/or motorcycles. Don't panic if you have a large vehicle: parking is free throughout the village.
