Villa Denizati is a stunning 3 en-suite bedroom villa in Kiziltas, with simply stunning sea views and an infinity pool that just brings the sea and pool together. Tastefully and stylishly furnished throughout for your comfort, Villa Denizati is topped off with a fantastic, large roof terrace with kitchenette that includes a wine cooler. There is a large seating area to seat 8 plus dining table and sunloungers. This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips.
The space
The lounge and dining area are expansive, with beautiful sea, mountain and garden views.

Three sets of patio doors lead from this area, directly to the swimming pool and garden terrace. Furnished to a high standard including antique marble flooring and beautiful feature stone walls. There is an antique style dining area to seat 8, plus traditional Turkish lighting throughout the villa.

The large kitchen is equipped with every modern appliance (All Siemen appliances) and a huge kitchen island for entertaining. Villa Denizati has direct access to the outside terraces and dining area, which also seats 8 people and is adjacent to the garden and pool area.

First Floor
All three bedrooms are on the same level.

Bedroom One
Follow the spiral, marble staircase to the Master suite with super king size bed, traditional Turkish lighting, stunning sea views, and doors to a furnished wraparound balcony. The balcony is just perfect for early morning coffee and evening sunsets!

Elegant en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and backlit led mirrors – complete with walk-in rainforest shower.

Bedroom Two
Also on the first floor is a large twin bedroom, with two single beds. Sea views, with door leading to the wraparound balcony. The twin room also has an en-suite bathroom with rainforest shower, and backlit led mirror.

Bedroom Three
The final bedroom in Villa Denizati is a king size bedroom, with doors leading to amazing sea views and wraparound balcony. This room has an adjacent en-suite bathroom with backlit led mirror and rainforest shower.

Roof terrace
Up a further flight of spiral stairs is the stunning roof terrace with kitchen. For added luxury there is a wine fridge plus tea and coffee facilities. The very large roof terrace encapsulates the mountains and stunning sea views. There is a large shaded pergola, with luxury outdoor seating area (Seats 8). In addition, a dining table and sun loungers are available, you can literally spend all day up here, from early morning breakfast and witness the sunrise over the mountains, to spectacular sunsets !

The villa faces southwest so is blessed with early morning sunshine to the last rays in the evening, as it sinks slowly beneath the waves – mesmerising!

Outside
With outstanding panoramic sea views from the infinity pool and terraces, this is a simply perfect area to swim and unwind. As well as the pool, there are sunbeds and parasols, brick built BBQ, table and chairs for al-fresco dining plus a comfortable large seating area under a pergola for shade.

PLEASE NOTE: As the infinity pool has a drop on the other side, this villa is not suitable for children under 12 years old.
