Nestled in the exclusive bay of Cala Sant Francesc, Blanes, Villa Serena offers the perfect Mediterranean escape, just a 4-minute walk from the beach! Simply cross the street, follow the stairway, and find yourself on one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava.



GROUND FLOOR

The ground floor features an open-plan living area with two cozy sitting areas, TV, and a charming fireplace.

Direct access to the garden with sun loungers, a parasol, and a covered porch equipped with an outdoor dining table and BBQ—perfect for al fresco meals.

Fully equipped kitchen, including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

A separate dining area overlooking the living space.

FIRST FLOOR

The villa has four comfortable double bedrooms:

- Master bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom (with shower).

- Second bedroom with a double bed.

- Third bedroom with two single beds.

- Fourth bedroom with two single beds.

- A second bathroom in the hallway (with shower).



All bedrooms, as well as the living and dining areas, have air conditioning (with heating for cooler seasons).



PRIVATE CLUB ACCESS – Pool, Tennis & More!

During your stay, enjoy free access to the private club in the bay, just a 2-minute walk from the villa. The club features a large swimming pool & children's pool, tennis court, bar and playground for kids



Additionally, you’ll have a remote control for free parking in the gated open-air parking area right in front of the villa.



BEACH & SURROUNDINGS

The stunning Cala Sant Francesc beach is just a 4-minute walk away, offering fine sand & crystal-clear waters, water activities, showers & lifeguard services. Make sure to visit the beachfront restaurant "Cala Bona" which offers excellent paella and seafood dishes.

Other must-visit beaches nearby include Cala Santa Cristina, Cala Treumal, Cala Sa Boadella, and Cala Canyelles.



Blanes town center is less than a 5-minute drive, where you'll enjoy its lively marina, scenic promenade, many boutique shops & fantastic restaurants.
