The property is located in the charming town of Desenzano del Garda, on the southern shore of Lake Garda, a 3-minute walk from Villa Romana, known for its extensive Roman mosaics dating back to the 4th century.

This popular resort is dominated by a 14th-century castle (a 10-minute walk) and has 3 beaches where visitors can swim, kayak, paddleboard or windsurf. The main squares, Piazza Malvezzi and Piazza Matteotti, and Desenzano\'s postcard-perfect harbour, Porto Vecchio are all less than a 10-minute walk. The closest beach is a 4-minute walk, and the ferry dock, where guests will find regular ferries to many of the historic towns around the lake, is a 10-minute walk.

For fresh local produce, visitors can head to Viale Giuseppe Anelli (a 12-minute walk), near the lakefront for the weekly produce market (Tuesday mornings).
