Villa Thalassa Breeze is the largest villa in the complex and offers a luxurious retreat with breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. A private infinity pool, coated with a distinctive Cimentogonia surface, includes full-width Roman steps, allowing guests to enjoy the inspiring seascape while taking a refreshing dip. The outdoor dining area, shaded by a purposefully designed pergola, is ideal for al fresco meals while offering a balance of sunshine and shade during the warmer hours of the day.



The villa is spread across two levels, with expansive picture windows allowing natural light to flood in, ensuring panoramic views from every room. The ground floor entrance leads into a spacious living area with unique architectural touches. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances, stylish Corian work surfaces, and an informal dining space. Villa Thalassa Breeze is the perfect choice for large groups, three couples, or families seeking both shared living spaces and private retreats. However, due to the layout, it may not be suitable for families with young children who require constant supervision, as two of the bedrooms have separate external access.



The villa spans 150 m² and includes a fully equipped kitchen, private infinity pool, and a spacious outdoor terrace with panoramic views of the sea, mountains, gardens, and surrounding landmarks. Additional features include air conditioning, soundproofing, satellite TV, a dishwasher, barbecue facilities, a washing machine, and complimentary WiFi. Guests can enjoy luxurious amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, free toiletries, and a hydromassage shower cabin.



Please note that a security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival. This villa is a non-smoking property and does not accommodate pets. Housekeeping services and additional staff can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and extra charges.
