A 100m2 apartment fully equipped and able to accommodate up to 7 people. The flat is situated 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of Varkiza, popular for its blue waters, beach bars, and seaside restaurants.
It offers one master double bedroom and a second bedroom with a bunk bed where one more folded bed can be added. Two more persons can be accommodated in the living room sofa that turns into an extra double bed. All rooms offer air conditioning units and have access to the balcony. Additionally, the flat features a fully functional and equipped kitchen where you can prepare any meal of the day. A dining table is situated in the living room. There is one spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a convenient extra WC.
Last but not least, our flat offers a spacious 70m2 balcony offering both sea and mountain views, outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a barbeque!

Home is located in the popular seaside area of Varkiza, overlooking its famous sandy beach with its trendy beach bars and seaside restaurants.
As you go out of the main door you can find a bank, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and a wide range of cafes, and restaurants. There is also an open air cinema, ideal for the warm summer nights and a bus stop with frequent routes to the center of Athens. Varkiza offers an ideal location to visit either the center of Athens at about 40’ drive away or explore the beaches and sights of seaside Attica like the famous temple of Poseidon in Sounio at just 25’ drive away. At the nearby Glyfada area you can also find a wide range of retail shops in its popular commercial high street, all kinds of services, nightclubs and restaurants.
