Nestled in a residential area Villa Atlantic is an impressive villa with modern quality interiors and full sea views. It has 4 bedrooms (sleeping 8 guests) set out on 2 levels and an inviting outdoor space to spend the hours watching the mesmering sea views.. Villa Atlantic has an advantageous location as its away from the hustle and bustle, but only 40 minutes’ drive away from Bodrum Centre itself and 10 mins drive to local picturesque village of Boğazici. There is pool heating, 2 outdoor jacuzzies, childrens play area, WiFi and air conditioning.

You’ll love the outside space at Villa Atlantic. There is a beautiful infinity pool, from where you can admire the wonderful sea views. There are 2 covered terraces, one leading from the living space, and one leading from the lower level apartment, with two lovely 5 person jacuzzi to provide relaxation for guests. There is also a large terrace on the first floor, with a tastefully decorated seating area to enjoy your morning coffee and enjoy the sea views. To the rear of the villa there is a small children play ara to keep everyone amused.
PLEASE NOTE: There is an apartment with a separate entrance on the lowest floor of Villa Atlantic, this part of the buidling will NOT be available for guests unless booking under 'Villa Atlantic Duo’- we recommend larger groups who need 6 bedrooms to book reservations there. This apartment will remain empty during the duration of your booking at Villa Atlantic.

The middle entrance floor has a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a TV. The dining area is also located here with a seating for 8, adjacent to the kitchen. Doors from the living room lead out onto a terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen has access to a covered terrace that also houses the BBQ and small outdoor kitchen area.

Villa Atlantic has 4 bright and stylish bedrooms. The main entrance floor has one double bedroom with a seperate bathroom. There is a seperate direct entrance to the garden/pool terrace from here. On the first floor (top floor) there are 3 double ensuite bedrooms. Bedrooms each have a balcony with seating for two, overlooking the pool and the nearby countryside.

The villa is gated off the road with a parking area for 2 cars by the lower apartment. A flight of steps from here lead to the main villa and pool area.

An electric vehicle charging station is available for guests with electric vehicles, offering convenience for sustainable travel.

The villa is equipped with solar panels and a battery backup system, ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply for up to 2 hours during power outages.

The villa is protected with a 24/7 security camera system and alarm, ensuring peace of mind and safety for all guests.
