As you enter the gated driveway that ensures privacy and seclusion, you are welcomed by a large lawn, bordered by trees and tall bushes, which creates a private and peaceful outdoor space. The area includes two parking spots, a charming table with chairs, and a small barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining and leisurely evenings.

First Level (Main Level)

The main level of the villa features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, thoughtfully designed for comfort and functionality. The living room boasts a large, inviting couch facing the picturesque views of olive trees, the Albanian mountains, and partial sea views. A decorative fireplace adds a cozy charm, while a fitness corner equipped with a mobile bicycle, light weights, and mats caters to guests who enjoy staying active.
Adjacent to the living room, the dining area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped modern kitchen, complete with all the appliances needed for preparing meals.
