This well-appointed holiday apartment offers 60 m² of comfortable living space for up to six guests. It features a sunlit veranda with a sofa and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen ideal for shared meals, one bedroom with a double bed, and a second flexible room that can serve as a single or double bedroom. A private sauna in the bathroom adds a touch of wellness, while a washing machine, dryer, and board games provide added comfort for longer stays. The apartment includes either a terrace or balcony, depending on unit location, offering views of the surrounding nature. Pets are not allowed. Located in the heart of the Ausseerland region, the property is just a 10-minute walk (approx. 500 meters) from the pristine Grundlsee lake—an ideal place for swimming, walking, or relaxing by the water. In winter, the Loser ski lift is only 12 km away, and the slopes of Tauplitz can be reached by car in about 20 minutes. The ski lift on the Zloam is a small but excellent ski lift with four different runs, located directly on site. A rope lift for the little ones completes the offer. A special highlight for the whole family is usually the nighttime fun on the slopes with floodlights. As a guest, you receive a 20% discount on your day ski pass per night, and all children up to the age of 15 are invited to ski for free! The apartment’s kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including an oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and all essential utensils. A spacious bathroom with sauna ensures restful evenings, while the living space offers warmth and natural light. On-site activities include optional yoga classes, a natural swimming pond, tennis courts, creative workshops, and indoor winter facilities like ice skating.
