About This Property
An exterior staircase leads up to a shaded terrace which can be used as an outdoor sitting room or dining area, thanks to comfortable armchairs and a table. The front door leads into the open-plan living area. This is furnished with a large sofa, flat-screen TV, a dining table for 4 and a new, fitted kitchen. The open kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, drip coffee machine and a fridge/freezer.
The lovely exterior space encourages life al fresco. The shaded outside the front door serves as an outdoor living area thanks to the comfortable sofa and armchairs. Steps lead up to lush lawns.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king-size double bed, a dressing table which can also be used as a workspace, a wardrobe and an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size double bed, a dressing table/workspace, a wardrobe and an en suite bathroom.

Both en suite bathrooms are appointed with a shower, basin and WC.

Location
In the pretty village of Martinski, the apartment is in a quiet, sunny location. Historic Labin is just 14 minutes away. Wander through its old cobbled streets and enjoy the delicious local cuisine in one of the many restaurants. Rabac, on the coast, (22 minutes) is known as the “Pearl of Kvarner”. Here you will find many beautiful beaches with crystal-clear water, ideal for scuba diving.
Away from the water, there are many activities close by for all ages. Visitors can hire bicycles in Rabac; hike through stunning countryside or go horse riding.
For self-catering Labin’s daily market is a treasure trove of the freshest local fish, vegetables and fruit. There is also a supermarket in the town, banks, pharmacies and all the amenities necessary for a relaxed holiday.
The ancient city of Pula (55 minutes) makes a fascinating day trip. A visit to its stunning Roman amphitheatre is a must. There are many other Roman sites to explore, as well as the seafront and antique harbour.
Pula International Airport is just 50 minutes away.
