There is also a comfortable sofa bed with a 1.35-meter-wide mattress, ideal for additional guests. For your entertainment, a Smart TV is provided, equipped with the main streaming apps ready for you to log into your own accounts. Additionally, the living room includes air conditioning and heating via a heat pump, ensuring comfort all year round.

Kitchen

The kitchen, integrated into the living/dining room, is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. It includes a refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, small dishwasher, and a Nespresso capsule coffee maker for your breakfasts. You will also find complete kitchenware, basic utensils, wine glasses, and everything you need to make cooking a pleasure.
