Quiet Hours and Noise Policy: Please respect our residential neighbourhood by keeping noise levels low. Parties are not allowed, and all outdoor music and activities should be quiet after 11 p.m.

- Decoration Policy: To maintain the villa's condition, please avoid using confetti and hanging decorations on the walls.

- Residential Etiquette: The villa is located in a residential area and should be treated as a home.

- No Smoking and No Pets: Smoking and pets are prohibited on our properties.

- Waste Disposal: Kindly ensure all garbage is removed from the apartment and placed in the outside bins provided.

- Departure Checklist: Before leaving, please close all windows and return the key to the lockbox.
