This semi detached villa is spread across four floor. The property can be accessed down a short country lane. There is space in the private garage for one car, and also free off road parking for further vehicles. The garage has a laundry room with separate washing machine and dryer, and also provides access to the rest of the house. On the first floor there is large sitting/dining room with a terrace providing sea views. There is a large flatscreen smart TV. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen opens out onto the private garden and outdoor eating area. Both bedrooms are situated on the second floor and have super king size beds (180x200cm) and there is a futon matress which is best for a small adult or child. The rooms are connected by a wrap around terrace and have sea views. They share a spacious bathroom. Malaga airport is a 20 minute drive. The Mercadona supermarket is approximately a kilometre away and accessible in under 5 minutes by car. Arkwrights international supermarket is a 10 minute walk. There are a variety of restaurants close by in both directions including the exclusive Trocadero Benalmadena. The internationally renowned Torrequebrada Golf Course is a 5 minute drive away. The award winning Puerto Marina Benalmadena is under 15 minutes by car. This property has a maximum capacity of 4 adults and 1 child. A small, basic barbecue is included within the rental free of charge. It is also possible to rent the larger gas barbecue at an additional price of 25 euros per stay. Out of office hours Check-in is charged the following: 9pm - Midnight 20 euros Midnight - 2am 40 euros After 2am 60 euros For infants, it is also possible to rent cots (50 euros) / high chairs (20 euros).
