The villa is a typical Tuscan farmhouse dating back to the ‘800 and at short

distance from the town of Villa a Sesta, in the province of Siena. It is a villa in which the elegance of tradition has been reinvented and has learnt to live side by side with modern elegance. The property extends for more than 1,100 hectares of grounds, of which 47hectares are of specialized vineyard, predominantly Sangiovese, the base of Chianti Classico. The composition of the soil, the height, the particular exposition to the sun, the particular micro-climate and the selection of the grapes are the fundamental for the quality of the wines of Villa

The infinity pool is 18/6 metres, 90-190 height and there is also a bbq and pizza oven with the possibility of eating outside.



The inside of the villa has the high quality finishes typical of rural Tuscan architecture: handmade cotto floors, ceilings with wooden beams , stone walls while on the hot Summer evenings the outside areas are perfect for living under the stars with family or friends. All the furnishings have been chosen with care for details it is an ideal place for comfort and relax.

The bedrooms have AC and TV.

Ground Floor

The ground floor is composed of a completely equipped professional kitchen, a small lounge area with service bathroom.On

this floor there are 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

First Floor

On the first floor there is a lounge room it’s bookcase, TV and a vetrata from which to enjoy the beautiful panorama. It has 4

double bdrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

Ground Floor - Depandance:

In front of the villa there is an annex with two entrances. The first leads to a bright dining room with a large window

overlooking the outside and a kitchen and the second leads to a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
