Villa Emilia is a large 4 bedroom villa with all the comforts of Italian country house set behind Electric gates opening into a fully fenced large garden with lots of shaded spots to relax and unwind.Where you can enjoy a drink sat on the roof terrace or a cooling dip in the Pool or a relaxing meal in one of the seating areas set around the property.Villa Emilia is set within walking distance to the medieval village of Sant Angelo in Pontano where to can enjoy a refreshing drink or sample a traditional Italian meal only 10 min walk from the property.If you are feeling a little more adventurous within 40min you can be lay on a golden beach or enjoy a-walk in the mountains .The Villa has 4 double bedrooms and 2.5 bathroom where you can recuperate after a busy day enjoying your holiday.If the heat get to much for you then just relax with a good book in the cool of one of the 3 seating areas in the villa .For those who prefer to cook a nice meal to enjoy sat on the terrace then the Kitchen is fully equipped with ever thing you need to prepare those local products into a memorable meal or you can BBQ on the rear terrace if you prefer to cook alfresco style.
