Kitchen Area:
The open-plan kitchen, alongside the dining and living room, is well-lighted and equipped with modern appliances such as a fridge & freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
The kitchen island can be used as a table for quick meals or hanging up with family and friends to drink the finest Portuguese wine and eat all the good traditional Portuguese pastries.

Dining Area: Comfortably seats six guests at the table and padded seats.

Living Room: Features a relaxing sofa and two armchairs, perfect for unwinding. Enjoy access to leading streaming apps on the smart TV with reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. Large sliding doors bathe the room in natural light and offer lovely neighborhood views, leading to a private balcony.

Balcony:
The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or simply bask in the sunshine and gaze at the captivating blue sky.

Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: Features a king-size bed, nightstands, a spacious wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Equipped with two single beds and nightstands.
Bedroom 3: Also equipped with two single beds and nightstands.

Bathrooms:
The apartment offers two bathrooms for your convenience. One features a relaxing bathtub, while the other boasts a refreshing walk-in shower.

Windows & Blinds:
All windows and sliding doors are equipped with individual electronic blinds, allowing you to create the perfect ambiance in each room.

Additional Amenities:
Hot or cold days you can enjoy a comfortable temperature in the entire space, thanks to the central air conditioning system.
And to make your stay even more delightful, you can unwind in the rooftop pool and contemplate the city from a privileged perspective.

Nearby, supermarkets such as Continente and Aldi, a bus station at the block entrance, coffee shops, and restaurants are all within a short walking distance.

Not so far, you find the city centre, beaches, train and bus stations, quick access to golf courses, and the N-125 road.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all property owners are required to report rentals to the Finanças - Fiscal Department. To meet these legal obligations, all guests must provide the following personal information at the time of booking:

- Date and place of birth
- City and country of residence
- Passport number

Pet Policy: Due to allergy concerns, we regret that pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Condo Rules and Regulations: All guests are required to adhere to the condo's rules and regulations during their stay. This ensures a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone.

For your holiday, Casa Comer is completely yours. You have exclusive use of the entire apartment. You can enjoy the amenities of the roof top pool with sunbeds at your leisure, enhancing your overall experience during your stay.
Also there is ample parking outside the apartment.
